The Best Of Contest 

The annual Best Of Contest at Gourmet Selection celebrates new creations that are transforming our daily lives thanks to their unique flavours and originality. The competition celebrates the innovation and talent of the producers and manufacturers who are redefining quality delicatessen products.

The competition rewards products that stand out for their ability to surprise, amaze and seduce the most demanding palates. It's a golden opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their latest products and attract the attention of grocers and distributors.

In 2026, Le Gourmet Galeries Lafayette is renewing its partnership with the Gourmet Selection Best Of Awards. 

In 2025, six producers were selected to receive the Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet Special Award and, above all, to benefit from visibility within the Le Gourmet store for six weeks.

For 2026, the collaboration between the renowned brand and the trade show is being renewed, with the bonus of listing and promotion within the Le Gourmet store for 15 days. This is a unique opportunity for visibility at the heart of an iconic location for French gastronomy and art de vivre.

Presided over by Vincent Ferniot and his panel of experts, the Best Of competition has awarded the finest gourmet products showcased at Gourmet Selection, the trade show dedicated to fine food, taking place on Sunday 21 and Monday 22 September 2025 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

The Best Of jury met on 2 September at Gault & Millau's Atelier du goût in a friendly atmosphere to select the winners from the pre-selection made by Vincent Ferniot in July. The awards ceremony will take place on Sunday 15 September at 5.30pm at the show.
