How does the Business Meetings service work?
- Access to the service
Once your registration for the show has been confirmed, your Business Meetings space will be accessible directly from your personal space.
- Sending and receiving requests
From 29 April, you will be able to view the exhibitors, identify those that meet your expectations and propose a meeting with them.
You will also be able to accept or decline requests received according to your priorities and projects.
- Organisation during the exhibition
Before the exhibition opens, you will receive your personalised schedule listing all your meetings. The meetings will take place directly at the exhibitors' stands.
- Support at every stage
Our team is available before and during the exhibition to help you use the service and optimise your experience.
