  • What is my visitor area for?

    After any purchase in the shop or ticket request, a personal account is automatically created.

    This personal account allows you to:

    • Track your online orders
    • Download your ticket
    • Process your visa letter related to your ordered badge
    • Retrieve your payment receipt
    • Generate your invoice
  • How can I retrieve my password to access my visitor area?

    For security reasons, the Gourmet Selection exhibition team cannot give you your password by phone or e-mail.

    We invite you to click on the link "Forgot my password" on the home page of your visitor area.

  • When will it be possible to order my ticket online?
    The ticket office opened in May 2024. You can now request your ticket by clicking "Order your ticket".
  • How do I order my ticket online?
    Click on this link and follow the instructions on our ticketing page. You can already check the ticket prices for 2024.
  • Can I edit the ticket?
    A ticket is personal and nominative, it cannot be modified once ordered. Any order placed is final.
  • Does the ticket I ordered online give me direct access to the show?

    Yes. The ticket ordered online allows you to directly access Gourmet Selection. You can simply download it to your smartphone or print it and present it at the entrance to the show.

    The ticket is valid for both days of the event.

  • Can I access the exhibition with an e-ticket on a mobile phone?
    You can access the show by presenting your ticket on an electronic device (smartphone, tablet).
  • What can I do if I haven't received my ticket after having requested it online?

    Once you have completed and submitted the form at Gourmet Selection, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket.

    If the ticket does not appear in your inbox:

    • Make sure the email containing your ticket has not been marked as spam.
    • Did you enter the correct email address when registering?
    • Also, ensure that you have completed your registration. It is possible that you did not finish your request. In this case, visit our ticketing page and log in to finalize it.

  • What can I do if my ticket is available in my personal space, but I can't see it?

    The access ticket for the Gourmet Selection show is in PDF format.

    If you have difficulty opening it, we recommend downloading the latest version of Adobe Reader.

  • How can I use the paper invitation card I received?

    The invitation card for the show is valid online: you must request your ticket using the invitation code present on the paper card.

    You can also register at the entrance of the show, but we recommend doing it in advance and online to avoid queues on the day.

    Please note, the invitation card does not grant direct access to the show. You will need to convert it into a ticket as this is mandatory for entry to Gourmet Selection.

  • Do you have any hotel recommendations for me?
    You can check the accommodation offers near the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center through B-Network, the official hotel reservation center for the show, and benefit from a preferential rate.
  • Are there access facilities for people with reduced mobility?
    The Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
  • Is there a parking area?

    Yes, the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center has several paid parking areas for visitors and exhibitors. They will be indicated upon entering the venue.

  • Are there any cloakrooms ?
    A paid cloakroom is available within Gourmet Selection.
  • Can I come with my dog ?
    No animals are allowed at the show, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.
  • Can I bring my child / children ?
    As Gourmet Selection is a professional event, children under 16 are not permitted to enter the show.
  • Where can I get a copy of the exhibition catalogue ?
    The show’s official catalogue is free of charge and will be on display for you to pick up at the show entrances.
  • Are there any restaurants at the show ?
    Yes, you will find three dining points at the Gourmet Selection show.
  • Is the show free ?
    No, the Gourmet Selection show is not free. You can find the ticket prices here.
