Founded in 2004, the Ercus factory uses sugar in every form to add a sweet and original touch to your coffee breaks, teas and other favourite snacks.
Ercus is inspired by the seasons. At Christmas, fir trees and snowmen stand alongside Father Christmas and the stars. In spring, sunflowers, daisies and roses bloom. And in summer, shellfish and seafood make their appearance, while mushrooms celebrate the autumn. All made from cane sugar, of course! ‘
Available in gift boxes, tins, jars and bulk, the sugars from the Ercus workshop are the result of an artisanal approach: all the steps, from creation to production, including preparation of the boxes, takes place in our Ercus Brittany factory, located in Languenan, between Dinan and St Malo.’
