Dragées Reynaud are part of the culinary heritage of Provence and France. This company guarantees 100% artisanal production of dragées and remains one of the last in France to produce them.

For nearly 70 years, the Reynaud family has made dragées a true vocation. Founded in 1956 in Marseille, Maison Dragées Reynaud is one of the last four dragée manufacturers in France. This 100% artisanal candy production has diversified over the years. Reynaud produces a complete range of dragées. The company makes classic Avola dragées (considered the best almond in the world) in a variety of colors, classic almond dragées, fruit paste-filled dragées, 70% cocoa chocolate dragées and hearts, as well as colorful pearls, and even silver, gold, copper, or pink dragées.

Each dragée is born from a unique expertise and a commitment to impeccable quality. The company uses only Avola or long almond varieties, as well as colorants produced as much as possible from natural substances like vegetable and fruit concentrates. Additionally, their extra-fine dark chocolate has a cocoa content of 70% to 72%.

For their range of dried or candied fruits, or gluten-free and palm oil-free cereal balls, Maison Reynaud uses chocolate often blended with other flavors. Again, product quality is essential. The chocolate is exclusively combined with Montélimar nougat, caramel made only from Isigny PDO butter, and Guérande IGP salt.

The craftsmanship of Dragées Reynaud has yielded impressive results. The company was awarded the EPV (Living Heritage Company) label in 2013, the first in the dragée manufacturing sector. Since 2012, it has been part of the very selective club of the best artisans in Provence. In 2014, it was recognized for its exceptional quality by Toques Blanches du Monde. Naturally, they are present at Gourmet Selection to showcase their product ranges to the very discerning independent grocers.
