Gourmet Selection 2024: Discover the program!
The Gourmet Selection 2024 program highlights culinary demonstrations by renowned chefs. Joannes Richard, 2023 World Burger Champion, will host demonstrations at the Made In Texas stand (E102) on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., featuring Franco-Texan-inspired tapas. Polynesian chef Teheiura Teahui will showcase exotic recipes such as tuna tataki and mango chutney at the Pacific Trade Invest stand (D095) every day at 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. On Monday, Christophe Hay, Michelin-starred chef and ambassador for Huiles Guénard, will reveal unique pairings of dishes and gourmet oils at stand D032.
The Agora of Experts will be the perfect space to discuss the latest trends in the fine food sector. Finally, l'Épicerie de Gourmet, a fictional fine food shop at the heart of the show, will offer inspiring workshops led by Constance Régnier (@aunomdugout), providing visitors with a full immersion into the world of fine food.
