The Experts' Agora is the essential meeting point for current and future news for delicatessen, food service, and catering ecosystems. During the two days of Gourmet Selection, this space will give the floor to professionals who will share their expertise on the challenges of the sector, emerging trends, and changes in distribution. 

In a dynamic format, each expert will illustrate his or her remarks with an interactive keynote or round debate, which will be concluded by a question-and-answer session between speakers and participants.  The aim is to create professional interactions, confronting the points of view of exhibitors and visitors.

The Gourmet Selection conferences are free of charge and free access for all presentations.
