Secrets de Famille unveils its latest creations at the show, inspired by the world's cuisines.

The Secrets de Famille cannery made the trip from Châteauneuf-du-Faou (Finistère) to Paris to present its catalog and latest creations to the visitors of Gourmet Selection 2024.

Secrets de Famille always uses meats of French origin and privileges short circuits, however it has been inspired by the flavors of the world to create its four new recipes: chimichurri beef rillettes, Hungarian-style beef rillettes, duck rillettes alf-fig alf-grape, and chicken rillettes with candied lemon and bacon.

The show is also an opportunity for Secrets de Famille to let those who don't know it yet to taste its top product : Pâté d'Cochonne, a light, richly-flavored meat pâté that can be served hot or cold, as it doesn't melt when cooked. For Gourmet Selection, Secrets de Famille is highlighting its new colorful pack of 6 collectable boxes, offering five plain recipes and one with garlic.
