The oil mainly uses a variety of local olives (Argudel) picked in the Sierra de l'Albera, with very limited production. It is then infused with bird's eye chili and local garlic.
With its spicy flavor, it obviously makes an ideal (and aesthetically pleasing) companion for pizzas and pastas.
